This is a new permit for work in 118. I have underlined in pink the point in question. Work has been performed in more than 50% of 118 and far more than 50% of 120, and the work continues to increase in scale. It has been going on like this for over a year. Perhaps its a question of semantics. 311 and the DOB have been of little help in this matter. Anyone out there have an answer to this? Please contact us.
