Flyers At 86 East 4th Street



This was posted on the door of 86 East 4th Street following the stair collapse.

  1. Presumably the management or workers didn't think to post warning signs INSIDE THE BUILDING where everyone already indoors would see them. Hence the accident of the woman falling through the unfinished steps. But, THE STAIRS SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN LEFT UNSAFE; they should have worked overtime to finish the job so that people would not have been endangered. STUPIDITY, EXTREME NEGLIGENCE,deserving of punishment.

    1. Oh wait, it appears this sign went up AFTER THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED.So the management and workers gave no thought what-so-ever to protecting the residents or visitors to the building from injury. Outrageous.
