A rent stabilized tenant vacated their apartment last December. Westminster Management and Jared Kushner have left it vacant until this past week. Demolition began on Monday.
They have a permit to do the work, but they do not have a variance to do work on the weekend.
They were working all day Saturday making quite a ruckus.
City authorities have been notified.
